Easter Morning at Our House

On Easter morning, the kids woke up bright and early. Out on the coffee table, there was evidence that someone had been in our house during the night. It was the Easter Bunny! He loved his snack and left the kids a note.

The kids looked for their baskets. Kendall said "the Easter Bunny was tricky this year." Eventually, everyone found their baskets, and boy, were they full of goodies.

After far too much candy for 7:00 AM, the children decided to go outside for the annual plastic egg hunt (always done in our pajamas). This is one of every ones' favorite Easter activities. It's amazing how fast 3 kids can find 36 eggs!

The kids worked up quite an appetite after all the early morning excitement. We had a yummy breakfast with every one's favorite : Cinnamon Squares.

After breakfast, it was time for everyone to get spiffy for our busy afternoon. The kids looked adorable decked out in their Easter clothes (compliments of Gammy)!
