A Party With Grandma Cruise

With her real birthday coming up tomorrow, naturally we had another birthday celebration for Miss Kendall today. This time we got to party with Grandma Cruise, and what fun we had! After church Grandma, Kristen, Shauna, Seth, Natalie, Nolan, Mommy, and Daddy headed to Grandma's house for another fun ( and yummy) party with Grandma.



We started off with Kendall's dinner request: a sheet pizza, wings, soda, and some grapes (all of which we almost polished off).

After pizza, we had all saved room for dessert. Grandma made brownies, one of Kendall's favorite. We sang and Kendall made her wish before blowing out all 5 candles by herself. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the brownies (chocolaholism runs in the Cruise family and my children are no exception). After dessert, Kendall was more than ready to open her presents. With a little help from Natalie, Kendall had no trouble getting into any of her gifts.

Kendall was delighted to get a snazzy new pair of sneakers AND a new pair of snow boots from her big sister Kristen and her friend Shauna. She was so excited. The last present of the night was as thrilling as the first. Grandma Cruise got Kendall a new deer Webkinz (our family is a little Webkinz obsessed). Her new Webkinz is a girl, and she will be named Shauna. Kendall had so much fun today. We all did.

And tomorrow ...her actual birthday!!!
