Happy Birthday Kendall

Kendall is officially 5!!! What fun we had celebrating her birthday yesterday. She chose her purple party dress to wear for the occasion. She had some pancakes for breakfast, Mom even put a candle in them. We packed up some chocolate chip cookies for her party at school, and Natalie and her headed out for school.

After school, we had a big dinner with quite a few guests. Kristen, Shauna, Andrew, Natalie, Nolan, Mom, Dad, Uncle Chris, Aunt Dani, Kathy, and Sara all joined us for dinner and presents.
For dinner Kendall wanted London Broil, potatoes, noodles, and crescent rolls. I think everyone enjoyed their dinner.

After dinner, she opened her presents. Kendall wanted cheetah clothes really, really bad this year. Mom would not buy her any animal print clothes when we were school shopping, and ever since, she has been obsessed with the idea of having her very own cheetah outfit. And so, Mom and Dad got her a whole cheetah print outfit (which neither of us like...). She also got a pack of fairies from the new Tinkerbell movie from Natalie and Nolan, and Andrew gave her "Kung Fu Panda". Aunt Dani and Uncle Chris gave Kendall some movie tickets so that they can go see "Madagascar 2". She was very excited about all of her gifts.

We ended the night with some Funfetti cake. We have a Funfetti cake at every Birthday in our house. Yes, she got to make another wish. After everyone left, the kids snuggled into bed to watch "Kung Fu Panda". Kendall didn't even make it through the previews.
