Let The Celebration Begin...

On November 10th, Kendall will be 5!!! In our family, there is no such thing as only one birthday party. And so, we began the celebration 2 days early at Chuckie Cheese.

Kendall had the most wonderful group of guests at her party (they all traveled almost an hour to see her and Chuckie). Her best friends in the world are Laney and Sara. They were both able to make it. Also, all of her older siblings; Kristen, Andrew, and Natalie were there to join in the festivities. Daddy stayed home with Nolan since it was naptime and he wasn't feeling well (thanks dad!).

The kids (and adults) played many games. Then, we had some pizza. Finally, Chuckie arrived. The children did a birthday show with singing and dancing, starring the birthday girl. They had ice cream, and Chuckie even helped blow out the candle with Kendall. Chuckie gave her a special birthday medallion, and 100 tickets! She opened her gifts from her friends, and we finished up with some more games, and prizes. We had a blast...even the adults!

Kendall finished up her night with her first sleepover ever. Her friend Sara spent the night. They watched her new movie, "Barbie and the Diamond Castle" (thanks Laney), and even got to sleep in Mom's bed (mom took the couch). Everyone agrees that the night was absolutely a success. We had so much fun with our friends!
